  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory shortages.
  • Digital products are delivered electronically. Access details (download links, license keys, account access) will be provided as described at the time of purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed.
  • Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party payment processor(s). We do not store full payment card details.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applicable to your order beyond the listed price, except where stated otherwise.

4. Subscriptions

  • Certain products or services are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
  • We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Continued use of the subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Shipping and Delivery (Physical Products)

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

6. Digital Product License

Where we sell digital products (e.g., downloads, software, media, or licenses), purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or, where explicitly stated, commercial use as described on the product page. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of digital products unless expressly permitted.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

8. Account Registration
